The most trusted acid-based sanitizer. It’s quick, odorless, tasteless and safe for use on most materials except softer metals. To use properly, mix 1 oz of sanitation solution with 5 gallons of water. Then wash your materials with approximately 1 minute to clean and sanitize properly.

This high foam solution insures coverage and contact time in large vessels and better penetration into nooks and crannys of smaller pieces of equipment. Any foam that is left over in your carboy or keg will not harm your beer or you, and is perfectly safe and non-toxic, nor will it impart any flavors or odors.

If you plan on using this sanitation solution in a spray bottle, it’s best to use distilled or RO water to maximize the life of the unused portion (minerals in tap water reduce the shelf life of this product).
